We met for the first time in January 2020 in Jimmy Rabbittes pub. At the time, Howard was serving as a lieutenant in Cathal Brugha Barracks, while Molly was working as a nurse and living in Milltown. We couldn’t have known it then, but that evening marked the beginning of something truly special.
Not long after, the world changed as the COVID-19 pandemic hit. While it was a difficult time for many, it gave us something we might never have had otherwise: the chance to slow down and really get to know each other. We grew even closer during that time, and soon after, we moved in together, marking the true beginning of our shared adventure.
Since then, life has taken us on countless journeys. From Howard’s time living in Berlin, to travelling across Europe, to getting engaged in Mexico, and spending time with our family and friends in Australia. We’ve been so lucky to share unforgettable experiences side by side.
Coming home was its own adventure too, especially when our four-legged friend Sonny joined the ranks. Every step along the way has brought us closer, and we couldn’t be more excited to begin this next chapter surrounded by the love and laughter of our family and friends.
